Step 1: Ingest census and exposure data

The Workflow triggers when employee rosters, payroll exports, or prior ACORD forms are uploaded. Cassidy extracts and normalizes legal names, FEINs, locations, job titles, and annualized wages from HRIS files, spreadsheets, and scanned documents.

Step 2: Classify and allocate payroll

Cassidy maps each employee's job title and duties to the appropriate NCCI or state bureau class codes using your Knowledge Base of classification rules. It allocates payroll by class, state, and location applying owner/officer inclusion elections and state-specific min/max payroll thresholds.

Step 3: Validate and reconcile

The Workflow cross-checks payroll totals against HR reports, verifies FEIN consistency, confirms experience mod currency, and flags missing artifacts like loss runs or outdated X-Mod worksheets. Human-in-the-Loop review catches exceptions before submission.

Step 4: Populate ACORD 130 and attachments

Cassidy auto-fills the ACORD 130 application agency info, class codes, payroll schedules, Individuals Included/Excluded, and General Information questions. It generates remarks for any underwriting flags and packages loss runs, dec pages, and state supplements like ACORD 133.

Step 5: Deliver quote-ready submission
