Step 5: Execute e-signature

Once approvals complete, Cassidy sends the final documents to DocuSign or Adobe Sign with the correct signer sequence, capturing a full audit trail for compliance.

Step 6: Update CRM and hand off to delivery

After execution, the Workflow attaches signed documents to the opportunity, updates the stage to Closed Won, and pushes contract details to PSA for project setup, resource planning, and billing alignment.
