How Cassidy automates project staffing using AI

Step 1: Trigger on project intake

The Workflow activates when a closed-won deal syncs from CRM, an SOW is approved, or a change order is submitted—pulling client details, engagement type, service line, scope summary, dates, budget, and delivery model into a structured intake payload.

Step 2: Normalize role requests and skills demand
