Step 1: Connect to your project data environment

Cassidy syncs with your CDE (Autodesk Build, Procore), commissioning platforms, and reality capture tools to ingest BIM models, ITPs, inspection records, 360 photos, and point clouds into a unified Knowledge Base.

Step 2: Trigger on new inspection or capture event

The Workflow activates when a new inspection record is submitted, a 360 photo walk is uploaded, or a laser scan is registered—ensuring verification happens in real time as work progresses.

Step 3: Run automated verification checks

Cassidy compares field data against design models and compliance requirements, checking for deviations against tolerance bands, missing hold-point approvals, incomplete ITR evidence, and prerequisite gaps for commissioning stages.

Step 4: Generate and route issues automatically
