Automating ATS-HRIS Data Reconciliation with AI

Automate your entire ATS-HRIS reconciliation workflow—from deduplication and field mapping to status sync and audit-ready EEO/OFCCP reporting.
001
Identity Resolution and Deduplication

The agent matches candidate records across systems using email, phone, name variants, and profile URLs, then applies survivorship rules to create a single golden record while routing edge cases for human review.

002
Field Mapping and Status Harmonization

Automated workflows normalize requisition IDs, stage/step pipelines, and disposition codes to a canonical model—ensuring ATS and HRIS data align without manual picklist cleanup or schema translation.

003
Compliance-Ready Audit Trails

Every merge, sync, and status change is logged with immutable audit trails, enabling accurate Applicant Flow Logs, step-level adverse impact analysis, and defensible EEO-1/VETS-4212 reporting.

How Cassidy automates using-ai

Step 1: Trigger on record event

The Workflow activates when a new candidate enters the ATS, a status changes, or a scheduled reconciliation runs—capturing applications, requisitions, and self-ID data in real time or via batch sync.

Step 2: Normalize and map fields

Cassidy maps source fields to your canonical data model, harmonizing picklists for stages, disposition codes, job categories, and location hierarchies across both systems.

Step 3: Resolve identity and dedupe

The agent matches records using deterministic keys and fuzzy matching, applies survivorship rules to determine the golden record, and routes low-confidence matches to an exception queue with Human-in-the-Loop review.

Step 4: Sync statuses bidirectionally

Cassidy pushes status updates between ATS and HRIS based on your defined precedence rules—ensuring hired candidates appear in HRIS with correct employee IDs and start dates, while HRIS data flows back to close requisitions and finalize dispositions.

Step 5: Validate and log for compliance

Each transformation is validated against required fields and picklist rules, then logged with full data lineage. The Workflow maintains Applicant Flow Logs, flags missing self-ID responses, and generates audit-ready exports for EEO-1, VETS-4212, and OFCCP reviews.
