Step 1: Define watchlists and routing rules

Configure your competitor set, tender portals, product taxonomies, and geographic scope. Set routing destinations—Slack channels, Teams, CRM accounts, or SharePoint—along with compliance guardrails for NDAs and export controls.

Step 2: Trigger on new signals

The Workflow activates when Cassidy detects a change: a competitor pricing update, new product datasheet, RFP notice, addendum, or field report submitted through Slack or Teams.

Step 3: Normalize and deduplicate
