Cassidy has raised $10 million in Series A funding, led by HOF Capital with participation from The General Partnership, Neo, Alumni Ventures, Quest Venture Partners and other amazing partners. This capital accelerates our mission to make powerful, context-aware AI automation a skill every team can use, without writing a line of code.

When large language models emerged, they unlocked a new kind of automation: one powered by context and reasoning, not just rigid rules. Suddenly, workflows that had always been too nuanced or complex to automate were within reach.

But the people who knew these workflows best weren’t engineers. They were sales managers, support leads, compliance officers, domain experts buried in the day-to-day. IT couldn’t possibly capture all of those unique processes, and off-the-shelf SaaS tools never would.

That’s why we built Cassidy: to put the power of AI automation & agents directly in the hands of the people who know the work.
